Instructions for use
Any person who is a victim or witness of harassment, sexism, discrimination and/or sexist or sexual violence can report the incriminated facts to INSA Rennes or testify about them.
A report or testimony can be submitted in 3 different ways:
1/ with or without the completed “Sexual, discriminatory and sexist harassment and violence alert” form, make a report via the email address: ecoute-alerte@insa-rennes.fr. The report form can also be left in the mailbox provided for this purpose under the porch of the Library (building 19).
The report form allows you to report the facts and not forget anything. In no case is it obligatory when you make contact.
The report or testimony is then processed by one of the 3 main referents, the sole recipients of this email address. They undertake to acknowledge receipt of reports within 24 hours and to guarantee the confidentiality and, where applicable, the anonymity of the reports received. Likewise, if a report is filed in the dedicated mailbox, only the 3 main referees will have access to it. Depending on the nature and seriousness of the report, the person who handles the report can manage it directly, in agreement with the other main contacts, or direct it to the listening and reporting unit, the psycho-medical unit.
